Before commiting to the process this 20 minute call is to determine if we're fit for each other. Think of it as a casual conversation where we both ask questions. If it seems like there's potential, we'll continue. If not, there's no commitment or obligations.
The first time we "meet" we'll gain a deep understanding of your current financial strategy, goals, needs, and risk tolerance. At this point we will have already collected your financial information and be attempting to learn about the person/people behind the numbers.

During this meeting we will explain exactly what you need to do to achieve your financial goals. We make it our goal that you understand how we came to these recommendations. The plan we present will be yours to take whether or not you hire us. From here you've got some important decisions to make and you might want to take some time to think about it, in fact we enourage it.
There will never be any pressure to commit or hard sell. If you decide not to move forward we will shake hands and wish you the best.
During this meeting we will answer any questions you have and if you're ready, begin the paperwork to welcome you to our family.
